Justin King, MA Biblical Studies, Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary

Justin King has a deep passion for exploring the Bible, especially the Hebrew Bible/Old Testament, and sharing that exploration with others. He earned an MA with a concentration in biblical studies from Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary (now Anabaptist Mennonite...). He is currently an MA student in American History at Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis, and is starting his thesis on the ethics of big history, while working as a climbing arborist to pay the bills. Justin sees no fundamental conflict between religion and science and seeks to promote understandings of religion that are ethical, constructive, and not at odds with science. Justin's research interests include literary criticism of the Hebrew Bible, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Shakespeare Studies, Jewish/Christian dialogue, and the history of the Mennonite Church in early 20th century America.  He lives in Indianapolis with his cat, Ishtar.
